Nectarine

Nectarine is the fruit of the nectarine tree, which is a variant of Prunus persica. It is a fruit similar to peach, but smaller and with smooth, shiny, skin and without villosity. Nectarine is rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C and potassium, which are noteworthy for their diuretic properties. This fruit has an important and water content. Regarding to vitamin, nectarines besides providing vitamin C, vital for the production of collagen, provide vitamin A, B3 and folic acid in high amounts. It is one of the fleshy fruits that greater amount of vitamin B3 contributes which at the same time is involved in the metabolism of nutrients and helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

Flat peach

Flat peach is the fruit of a variant of the Prunus pérsica, better known as the peach tree. It is similar to a peach but crushed. This fruit contains large amounts of water and antioxidant, which give it an anticarcinogenic. It is rich in carotenes, a substant that alleviates stomach pain, and vitamins C, A, B1, B2 and B6, besides containing many minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulphur, iron and calcium, in order to protect the skin and sight.  In some cases, the consumption of Flat peach can help prevent nervousness or anxiety, eliminate excess body fluid and regulate intestinal transit.

Apricot

Apricot is the fruit of the apricot tree, tree of rosacea family. It is notable for the abundance of fibre, which improves intestinal transit and for its content in vitamin A. This vitamin is essential for vision, good condition of skin, hair, mucous membranes, bones and for the proper functioning of the Immune system, besides having antioxidant properties. Its mineral is rich in elements such as potassium and, to a lesser extent, magnesium and calcium. Potassium is a mineral necessary for the transmission and generation of nerve impulses and for normal muscle activity. In addition, it intervenes in the balance of water inside and outside the cell.

Pear

Pear is the fruit of the pear tree, species of the genus Pyrus. Pear is highly prized for its nutritional properties and delicate taste. It is one of the most refreshing, sweet and tasty fruit that exist, since it has 80% of water and is practically free of fats. Like other fruits, the pear possesses both soluble and insoluble fibre, which helps to maintain a healthy digestive system, favours de elimination of high cholesterol and regulates intestinal function. Apple

Apple is the fruit of the Apple tree, tree of the rosacea family. It is one of the most cultivated tree fruit in the world. The Apple is one of the most complete and enriching fruits in the diet. 85% of its composition is water, so it is very refreshing and moisturising. Sugars, most fructose and, to a lesser extent, glucose and sucrose, which are rapidly assimilated into the body, are the most abundant nutrients after water. It is a source of vitamin E or tocoferol and provides lacking vitamin C. Vitamin E, with its antioxidant action, intervenes in the stability of blood cells. Apple is rich in fibre, which improves intestinal transit and among its mineral content stand out potassium. Fig

Fig is the fruit of the fig tree, a tree known as Ficus carica. Figs stand out for their high fibre content, superior to that of many other fruits. It is the richest fruit in calcium. Another important nutrient is selenium, considered as antioxidant and detoxifying the body. This fruit also provides minerals and vitamins, such as magnesium and iron, besides being rich in flavonoids, which are components of vegetables with the property to prevent various diseases.
